Hannah started as a PhD student at HEX Lab in September 2021. She completed her master in Computer Science at the University of Applied Sciences of Ingolstadt (THI), Germany , in cooperation with the AUDI AG. In her master thesis she worked on camera and LiDAR based deep feature fusion for 3D semantic segmentation. Prior to that she graduated with a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences of Aalen (HSA), Germany. In her bachelor thesis she dealt with the use of Augmented Reality (AR) in industry and during a study project with motion sickness in virtual space. Her research at FAU will focus on Extended Reality (XR) for teleconsulting and product guidance in the context of medical support.
